Dr. Frederick H. P. Edwards was listed as living at 300 South Dubuque Street in the 1908 City Directory. He is listed as a veterinary surgeon in the 1910 Census. He was born about 1866 in England. His wife was named Kate, and they had two daughters, Adelade and May.

The Iowa City Citizen published this ad on January 13, 1909.
