1853 Request for Rev. Michael Hummer to be paid $490.00
A request by the Board of Trustees of the First Presbyterian Church of Iowa City, to the Treasurer of the Church, stating that Rev. Michael Hummer should be paid $490.00 out of any available Church funds. This request comes after many months of argument over payments demanded by Rev. Hummer, and was brought about shortly after Rev. Crozier met with Rev. Hummer to discuss the subject. Signed Geo. W. Clark, Secretary, and Harvey W. Fyffe, President.
