Owens & Graham
The 1911 City Directory lists Owen & Graham laundry at 213 East Iowa Avenue. The men’s names were C. Roy Owen and A. B. Graham. C. Roy Owen resided at 507 South Dodge Street, and his wife was named Frances. The same directory lists Albert B. Graham as boarding at 307 East Burlington Street. The 1910 Census says Roy Owen was born about 1876, and Albert Graham around 1885.
The attached ad was published in the Iowa City Daily Press on January 26, 1906. The second attached ad was published in the Iowa City Daily Press on May 10, 1906.
